Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 機械工程學所 === 92 === As the most popular machine tool, the machine center (MC) plays an important role in today’s industry automation. The research focuses on the part inaccuracy due to the machining center, and then searches a feasible method to improve the machining precision. In the proposed approach, we utilize the CAD/CAM system to generate the part surface and schedule the NC program, and then conduct the surface machining on the machining center. Accordingly, we utilize the coordinate measuring machine to measure the coordinates of the part surface, and then calculate the surface errors. Finally, the errors are fed back to the CAD/CAM system to correct the machining or surface parameters, and then to improve the precision of the machining center.
