The influence of non-isothermal crystallization and melting behavior of diverse TiO2 /polyester were discussed with a differential scanning calorimertre. Avrami exponent, crystallization rate constant, and crystallization half-time were calculated. Degradation behavior was studied with a thermogravimetric analyzer and the degradation activation energy was calculated by the Doyle-Ozawa integral method. The crystallization structure was studied with a wide angle X-ray diffractometer. Crystallization morphology was observed with a hot stage polarizing microscope, and a scanning electron microscope. Results showed that the effects of different size of TiO2 on crystallization, melting and thermal degradation behaviors of polyester were not discriminating. Avrami exponents were indicated that all of sample showed three-dimension crystalline structure. Crystallization rate constant and crystallization halt-time were indicated that crystallization rate of polyester wasn’t increasing evidently. WAXS curves of polyester had no significant changed.
