碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 紡織工程所 === 92 === The market of ready-made clothes using woven fabrics of staple fibers is growing up quickly. The source materials of staple fiber become diversifying and highly changeable in recently years. In order to fit the diversified materials of fabrics and highly quality requirements, the design process of dyeing and finishing factories has to keep updating. In this study, we use staple fibers as warps and make various wefts to produce kinds of fabrics. We probe to the dyeing and finishing process and evaluate the equipment requirement for constructing staple woven fabric’s dyeing and finishing factory. Besides, we also provide a working schedule and count the Return-Of-Investment for building this factory
