They don’t attach importance to integrate the railway station plaza, the surrounding access path, the path planning and the problem of outside environment. It only some higher grade stations emphasize. All of the railway station plazas design guidelines are no common rules. This essay tries to collation the correlate design guidelines and the pattern of plaza and some survey data about traffic volume, site, and the passenger to recheck existing transfer allocation. Studying three different allocation station, Mio-lih station, Feng-yuan station, Yuan-lin station refer to transfer allocation process. Transfer allocation process is composed of the priority vehicle mode, kiss-and-ride allocation and routing. Passenger questionnaire to confirm the priority vehicle mode, vehicle operation Attribute and passenger parking attribute to plot kiss-and-ride allocation.
