Although the property insurance companies had designed their R&D process according to the statue published by the authority, the said procedures are too incomplete, or the procedures only presented as outline.
Account for such a situation, this study gathers the authority’s standards as the framework, putting the prevention of insurance fraud into the procedure, setting the R&D process with management function in order to make the process management more practical and complete and can comply with the law. Moreover, this Article can serve as a reference to the property insurers when conducting the research or product design
