But different its innovation performances of organization have differences, though there are a lot of factors that influence innovation, but whether the company has direction, plan of the whole and can be really carried out, it is the key. So the intent and ability of the company help the issue to make the suitable strategy and reach the re-set target organized. This research purpose is to study the Hi-Tech industry of Taiwan and analyses that influence on the innovation strategy of organization learning capability and innovation intent, and then probe into organization adopt the influence on the innovation performance of innovation strategy. In positive research, this research regards Hi-Tech industry as the research object, find out about every important impact on innovation performance of factor in the innovative activity of business, analyses the questionnaire survey materials of 86 businesses, and adopt the positive research method of MANOVA, ANOVA, regression and factor analysis. The result of study is found, in the innovative activity, organization learning ability and innovation intent can influence the choice of innovation strategy, and the fit between them will influence innovation strategy. And the innovation strategy has a relation to the innovation performance. Organization learning capability and innovation strategy to be interaction and innovation intent and innovation strategy to be interaction will have influence on the innovation performance; organization learning ability and innovation intent have a relation to the innovation performance finally.
