With the push of every national great construction for the last several decades, it causes unavoidable influence on the ecological environment. For the traffic construction and living environment ecology must coexist together, we should give consideration to the stability of the ecosystem, the diversification of the environment and the keeping of biological corridor continuity when proceeding with traffic construction to lower the effect on the biological system as little as possible and to make the passersby can enjoy the convenience and experience the natural beauty around the road at the same time. Based on this background, this research plans to probe into the great impact on ecological view caused by road construction in light of the scientific principle viewpoints of view ecology and ecological engineering. In this research, the future ecological wish on national road build is distinguished into twelve items which are under the construction and maintenance management to talk about, and twelve items are design, the slope protection, drainage, case contain, bridge, tunnel, management of blocking the soil, bar, illumination and the other control of the traffic equipments, serving area, overpass, and the management of construction. Furthermore, I analyze and compare to the Zhonghan expressway and national road No.3, moreover, I cooperate with the on-site survey of the expressway to find out the origin formative cause and the restriction related to the main subject of this research. Meanwhile, in order to exam the feasibility of applying ecological worker law’s criterion to great public construction projects, I consider and put the promoting mechanism and the case experience correlated with foreign ecological law of road in order, and I comparatively research into the promoting background, policy mechanism, auxiliary law and the individual cases in various countries, hoping that this will be a very serviceable reference to the promotion of road construction in Taiwan. Finally, by using each representative detailed item which is got from the experts’ interviews and document reviews, I utilize FDM and FAHP to get the fine performance relative weighted index, hoping that the simple and quantified regarding index can be the reference for the performance management to the responsible institutions. In the end, with the application of the Matrix Law of Value, I try to judge the comprehensive performance value that may be offered while traditional worker law and ecological worker law are applied to the engineering construction of national road, and further use it to be the reference basis on the feasibility analyses when ecological worker laws applied to the engineering construction of national road, and looking forward to aid some good push of the ecological child care truly. none 徐耀賜 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 135 zh-TW
