Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程學所 === 92 === Abstract Conventionally a positioning devise that mainly delivers displacement in a specific amount of time, Cam has been put into comprehensive applications in the automatic industrial system. To meet the rigorous requirements of high speed and high accuracy in the modern industries, the profile of cam has evolved towards high complexity to account for speed, acceleration, jerk and impact, which makes cam production beyond traditional methods, such as Layout Cutting, Tracer Control Cutting, Increment Cutting. With practical examples set with relative machining conditions, this research looks into the application of new-generation CNC Custom Macro function for cam production. Using mathematical calculation with selected variables, logical operation, system parameters, along with cycle command and divergent-workflow command, analyses is made for program design that produces complex cam profile.
