Except aides and staff post and nurse work, female officers has stated to hold a professional post or leadership post. But military always give first place to the male, female leadership has become a worth discussion to research. In consideration of lack of female leadership behavior research in military is the motivation of this research. So, the purpose of this research is inquiring the leadership behavior of female officers and it’s problems, making use of the method of qualitative research-In-Depth Interview to interview army female officers, and find some feasible method for the problems. According to the results of interview, we have concluded twelve leadership behaviors and ten problems of female officers. Otherwise, we also find the following points: 1.The leadership behaviors of female officers have the properties of Paternalistic Leadership, but lacking of authority leadership and emphasizing benevolent leadership, so we called it “Flexibility Paternalistic Leadership.” 2.The leadership problems of female officers are relate to gender mainly, it said that there are stereotype in the military. Finally, on the basis of research results, we apply fours suggest for female officers on leadership in future, it included:(1)initiate from basic officers education(2)stress on management problem of female officers(3)augment leadership skill of female officers and their jobs(4)establish complete occupation plan for female officers.
