The high service quality in finance is apparently consequent upon the strong competition in financing market day by day. During these recent years, banks struggle to occupy more marketing share in consuming loan. Based on the principles of pursuing high profit and dispersing risks, how to reinforce the quality of manpower, improve job satisfaction and service quality are the most important targets for finance service industry. Therefore, using individual variable, job stress, job involvement as independent variables, attitude of transformation and merger as intergered variable, and job satisfaction as dependent variable to probe into the relation among the job stress, job involvement, attitude of transformation and merger and job satisfaction. Furthermore, using attitude of transformation and merger as interfered variable to investigate the effect of interference to job involvement, job stress on job satisfaction. This research was using the method of questionnaire survey together with various kind of satistic analysis and got the important discoveries are stated separately as follows: 1.The different individual variables to job stress, job involvement, job satisfacion and attitude of transformation and merger comes out a partly remarkable discrepancy. 2.Job involvement and attitude of transformation and merger reveal partly positive relation. 3.Job involvement, job satisfaction and attitude of transformation and merger reveal outstanding positive relation. 4.Job stress, job involvement and attitude of transformation and merger reveal partly negative relation. 5.The interaction of anxiety, right protection and communication reveal interference effect to the internal satisfaction. 6.The interaction of anxiety and efficiency reveal interference effect to the external satisfaction. 7.The interaction of anxiety, right protection and communication reveal interference effect to the external satisfaction. 8.The interaction of anxiety and adaptation reveal interference effect to the external satisfaction. 9.The interaction of fatigue, right protection and communication reveal interference effect to the external satisfaction. 10.The interaction of fatigue and adaptation reveal interference effect to the external satisfaction. 11.The interaction of job achievement orientation, right peotection and communication reveal interference effect to the internal satisfaction. 12.The interaction of job achievement orientation and adaptation reveal interference effect to the internal satisfaction. 13.The interaction of job identification involvement orientation, right protection and communication reveal interference effect to the general satisfaction.
