The automatic assembling task of the piezoelectric inkjet system is accomplished by using vision recognition and micro-stepping technologies; first, the vision recognition system is to recognize the vision coordinate of the positioning mark, and then the vision coordinate of the positioning mark is transferred to the Cartesian coordinate of the micro-stepping positioning system; finally, the micro-stepping positioning stage is driven to achieve the positioning task.
