Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 機械工程研究所碩士班 === 92 === With the mutuality of the precision machinery and Micro Electro Mechanical System technology, the positioning technology has played an important role on the development of precision measurement, semiconductor processing equipment and etc. In this thesis, a vision-servo positioning system with three-dimensions is built by the micro-stepping positioning stage and the vision reorganization system. The automatic assembling task of the piezoelectric inkjet system is accomplished by using vision recognition and micro-stepping technologies; first, the vision recognition system is to recognize the vision coordinate of the positioning mark, and then the vision coordinate of the positioning mark is transferred to the Cartesian coordinate of the micro-stepping positioning system; finally, the micro-stepping positioning stage is driven to achieve the positioning task.
