碩士 === 大葉大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 92 === With effective technology transfer and successful technology commercialization，Technology receiver could raise its technology level , becoming more productive, saving research cost and preventing the risk of research failure。Non-Profit research organization which government would fully support have superior research members and innovation ability，therefore，it is the best choice for doing technology innovation research。 Most of the current study discussed the technology transfer issue and technology commercialization issue separately，so that many of the technology innovation need too much time to commercialize。It is an important issue that how research organization and technology receiver to commercialize the new technology and transfer it effectively。If research organization could take the factors that effect the commercialization into consideration at the beginning of new technology development, it will raise the opportunity of successful technology commercialization. The paper integrated both new technology commercialization and technology transfer issues，proposing a conceptual model which define the roles and how to collaboration so that technology researcher and technology receiver could follow in the whole process of new technology commercialization and transfer and for the purpose of shortening the period of new technology commercialization and raise the opportunity of successful technology commercialization and transfer。
