(1) To understand the real content of leader’s personality traits and to help organization to build correct human resource strategy.
(2) To increase the understanding of the relationship between leader’s personality traits and team’s job performance and provide the real case studying conclusion.
In this research we have this conclusion: When leader has personality traits such as agreeableness, conscientiousness, extraversion, openness to experience, the leader will have better job performance.
