Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士班 === 92 === This study deals with the influence of Organization Change Perception to Employee’s Career Planning--take Taiwan’s businessmen setting up subsidiaries in China as an example, by related materials and questionnaires statistic to testify the effect of the Organization Change Perception to Employee’s Career Planning. The purpose is to help entrepreneurs know the related influence to the employee’s career planning after implementing “Organization Change“and help them to decrease the obstacles from the employees, to make the changing policy workable, and at the same time to improve the work performance efficiently and goal achieved successfully. The questionnaire focuses on the employees who work in Taiwan, but their companies which have subsidiaries in China are facing the organization change situation. Totally 500 questionnaires were sent and 233 copies of completed questionnaires were returned (46.6% response rate). After regression analyzed with the SPSS 10.0 statistical analysis program, the conclusion is as follows: 1.In a simple logistic regression, we found out ”Organization Change Perception” has positive influence on “the choice of career change”. Organization Change Perception‘s second structure : “position- losing perception” is unnoticeable, others like “work- unsafe”, “work- loading” and “resource- lost” have significant influence. 2.“Organization Change Perception”hasnegative influence on “self-career development”.OrganizationChangePerception’s second structure: “position- losing”, “work- unsafe”, “work- loading” , “resource- lost” have significant influence.
