Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工業工程學系碩士班 === 92 === Up to April 2003, there are more than seventy hundreds convenience stores in Taiwan. Most of them are convenience chain stores, it reminds that the demand is increasing day by day.
In this study, we reviewed the literatures about the types of co-ordinate, the strategies of management, and the channel patterns. Take the chained enterprises of convenience chain stores as a sample, we collected raw data by both printed and questionnaire, and analyzed them with the ANP method to obtain the most suitable channel patterns for the enterprise of convenience chain stores.
The main contributions in the study are described as following:
1.Appling Analytic Network Process (ANP) is able to the selection of the most suitable channel patterns with the enterprise of e-convenience chain stores, and the research results are conformed with the development of the trend.
2.The on-line questionnaire of ANP could transfer quality to quantity
information, and help decision making quickly and error-free .
