Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 網路與通訊研究所 === 92 === A Turbo code-aided linear iterative turbo equalizer (LITE) is presented to be employed in parallel independent intersymbol interference (ISI) channels in this thesis. The structure of the proposed equalizer combines LITE, encoder, decoder, interleaver and de-interleaver. The turbo code-aided LITE is employed when the transmitter is with an encoder and an interleaver. The tap weights of the LITE is updated according to the difference between the received signal and the decoded signal corresponding to the encoder in the transmitter. Comparing with the conventional LITE and the proposed equalizer, the error performance of the equalizers under both AWGN and ISI channels are given. It showns the proposed turbo code-aided equalizer functions well in the ISI channel.
