A suspension concentrate (SC) containing daimuron is prepared by bead miller. The CS mixed with the SC to prepare a mixed formulation of 20% butachlor CS and 12% daimuron SC. Research is for the CS prepared by the interfacial method using different dispersible agents of Borresperse NA and Tamol NN8906. Showing that variance of the particle size is irrelevant to kinds of the dispersible agents and contents. A machine emulsifying process is performed respectively for the containing 1% Borresperse NA and 1% Tamol NN8906 under different speeds of stirring. An optimum emulsifying effect is stirring of 8,000 rpm. When the CS prepared by the in situ method carries out an O/W emulsifying process using SJC-3103 emulsifier, an optimum critical micelle concentration is obtained under adding 7%. Each CS and SC and the mixed formulations have excellent cold resistance at 0±2℃. Accelerated storage test at 54+2℃ 14 days shows that decomposition ratio of each active ingredient is <5% prescription of FAO. Freeze/thaw stability test shows that the butachlor CS prepared by the in situ method and its mixed formulation has significant irreversible water layer happen, at first cycle. However, the daimuron SC and butachlor CS by the interfacial method and its mixed formulation have excellent evaluation the changes of temperature no influence physical properties. At last, the mixed formulation carries out a field test to ensure that its drug effect and persistence to grasses such as Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) Beauv, Echinochloa colonum (L.) Link, Cyperus difformis L., Lindemia pyxidaria All. And Monochoria vaginalis Presl, etc. the drug persistence has 45 days. But the drug persistence of the contrasts of other formulations only has 15 days. Yew-Min Tzeng 曾耀銘 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 71 zh-TW
