The process of decision making includes definition of the problem, generation of alternatives, evaluation and choice. Rational processes are used to gather as many information as possible, facilitate cognitive conflict resolution within the team, and ultimately to improve the quality of those decisions. But, the degree of the rationality of process of decision is influenced by organization culture and environmental factors. This study is to explore the influential factors on the rationality of strategic decision making in the non-profit organizations in Taiwan. Linear Structure Relation Model will be applied to understand the relationship between the degree of rationality of strategic decision making and its influential factors(organization culture and environmental factors). Finally, there are two conclusions from the empirical analysis. 1. There are relationship between the degree of rationality of strategic decision making and organization culture. �� There are positive effects of the flexibility and external focus of organization culture on the degree of rationality of decision making. �� There are negative effects of the control and internal focus of organization culture on the degree of rationality of decision making. 2. There are relationship between the degree of rationality of strategic decision making and environmental factors. �� There are negative effects of the dynamic and complex of environmental factors on the degree of rationality of decision making.
