The insufficient water resources will affect the development of economy continuously; therefore the topic of the technology of Waste Water Regeneration of Localization is so importance! (In domestic industry,) Electrocoagulation processes technology has been applied in wasted water processing in many years ago. But after the short period attempt, most domestic factories have discarded it currently. The main reasons are that the operating term of electrocoagulation processing system is difficult to control and the processing efficiency is extremely unstable. Electrocoagulation processes method not only change along with the water quality characteristics and the operation parameter, its processing efficiency of can have the quite big disparity, also its processing efficiency generally does not present the rule change along with the operation parameter change the tendency, therefore it needs to have Electrocoagulation processes mechanism quite clearly understanding in the actual utilization in order to achieve the best processing effect. This study uses each different water quality characteristic of waste water including COD waste water, and which contains waste water of the heavy metal to conducts Electrocoagulation processing research in order to understand the influence of each operation parameter during electrocoagulation processing. Discussion factors include operation voltage, resident time and pH value. Demonstrated by the findings that, following the increasing of the operation voltage and the resident time, pH value of the running water, the temperature, the soluble hard ion and the sludge quantity would increase as well as COD, BOD, SS would reduce. The result confirmed electrocoagulation method can be used in processing industrial waste water. In addition, the study integrate improvement method of zero- metal and electrocoagulation to discusses the promotion effect in the waste water processing efficiency.
