Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 應用物理研究所 === 92 === Abstract the study is for varing substrate temperature to provide the different kinetic energy on the surface, and prepares Alq3 amorphous films by physical vapor deposition . The surfuce morphology and crystallinity for the Alq3 amorphous films are examined by atomic force microscopy and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The electrical property are studied by examines the I-V curve of different samples in the vacuum. Then try to estimate its conductivity. There are two parts for photo- luminescence measure. In the first part, samples are under air and vacuum separately observe the decay of photoluminescence with time. The second part is it expose to air continuously, and observes the variation of it’s photoluminescence in laser for a long time.
