And latest H.264 put forward compresses the standard, adopts more complicated code way, including can use the smaller block to predict , can also consult five <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=pictures&v=56">pictures</a> forward , in some integer <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=search&v=56">search</a> find 1/4 of the accuracy , enable predicting more perfect, offer the location rate lower than H.263 and better video-information quality . Want to find 1/2 or 1/4 of the accuracy in H.264, usually adopt the method of the stratum type, namely what searched intactly after several o'clock and just made the integer of flying and clicked was searched . In this thesis , though can consult five <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=pictures&v=56">pictures</a> and 1/4 of the accuracy in not supporting H.264 , but has put forward a kind of fast and efficient movement and estimated the way to examine , can finish searching 1/2 at the same <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=time&v=56">time</a> after searching integer pel , speed of big improvement operation.
