In today’s global IT industries, the development of personal computers (PCs) can be thought as a core trend. In spite of the PCs will also play an important role after 10 years, they are not a focus of attention.
Today, those IT industries are not only toward the high quality of service and high price of products such as servers and super computers but also make the general PCs cheaper that almost all of people is able to buy them any where.
In the post-IT epoch, high technology industries will move to develop the market of consumers. This is because the digital and network products will bring a hung amount of value.
In order to get the hung amount of value from consumers, the understanding of characteristics of technology applications and customer requirements are needed to be considered so that the goal of the high quality of services can be met.
To develop new products, however a key element has to be considered. The element is that an organization must be developing the high quality of products in the lowest capital. This means that an ability to control the quality and capital of development products can make the organization more powerful in competing against other organizations.
Development workers always could not keep their developed results due to the change of their positions or leave their positions. For organizations, the loss of developed results can reduce their competitive power.
For this reason, the purpose of this research is to explore the overall requirements of the organizations’ development centers. The research also analyses an exploratory study on the machine electricity integration industry R&D knowledge map. In addition, the research paper assesses how development workers can make use of organizational resources to improve design achievements, decrease development time, reduce the cost of development and increase the value of customers.
As can be seen from the research results, the key element of the requirements of the machine electricity integration industry R&D knowledge map is to find out the root cause of product life cycle in order to improve development more efficiency and effectively. At the result of knowledge map, however always follows the development model of ISO 9000 definitions and thus no effective systems is used to process relevant development.
