1. What are the context and the process of organizing School Teacher Association in the school?
2. What is the interaction between School Teacher Association and the school administration?
3. To what extent the involvement of School Teacher Association in decision making and the impact on stakeholders of the school?
This study concluded by proposing possible suggestions for educational policy, school administration, and School Teacher Association in elementary schools .
