Owing to the tens of millions military weapons and arms we possessed, the resources of national defense aren’t apt to fully fulfill the demand on each allocation of Spare parts if we rely on the law of experience to predict the consumption of materials which is conventionally conducted by the engineering crew. And the surplus of Spare parts in the system results in the waste of the resources and stacks up the increase on inventory management cost. All told, both to maintain national defense armament and to effectively utilize the resources are what we ought to make efforts on the military integrated support logistics and supply chain management. As the weapons and arm force system deployed, the arm force system operational availability and the utility of national defense arm force are highly involved with the planning quality of Spare parts. Thus, planning, establishing and managing Spare parts of arm force will be profoundly crucial and the know-how to build a professional and accurate statistic Spare parts and inventory predicting module in logistic support and supply chain will pragmatically push national defense technology and resource management to have an influential clout with the field of national defense industry. Adopted with Dephi’s law and the survey on the spot arm force maintenance crew, the study defines the critical spare parts with statistics by the weighted percentage. Via failure module process, the critical spare parts have gone through the collecting and analyzing of default documents, also fitness examination to get the critical spare parts failure module mode. In addition, the study was discussed with Poisson process on the condition that annual filled rated sustains, plus the set spare parts and inventory predicting module and figure collecting to verify the aim total cost , the study confirmed the inventory predicting module more appropriate.
