| Summary: | 碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 機電工程研究所 === 92 === The purpose of this research is to develop the device with a simple mechanism and low cost for measuring the parallel degree of two planes. The method is to combine the patenting design of the “One kind of device for measuring the degree of the parallel between two planes with the same direction of the rotational axis” and the close-formed solution. The angle between two planes can be calculated by providing only two sets of the moved distances. The experiments results are good compared to the values of theory. The device is composed of a lead screw driven by a step-motor, a laser-pen scanner driven by another step-motor, and a photo sensor. A set of trigonometric function nonlinear equations is added inside for computing the final angle of two planes.
