Therefore, this research choice take non- typical labor force as research object. In human resources management, the achievements appraisal also is a very important link. The penetration afterwards appraisal, except may establish the benefit and the goal whether do achieve, simultaneously also can examine and correct one''s errors. The non- typical labor force use proportion is gradually enhancing, this research also hoped how a more thorough discussion does manage the non- typical labor force, causes its and relations the capital is more harmonious, then promotion work achievements key point of for the this research. This research in view of the non- typical labor force, the penetration real diagnosis studies discusses "human resources management, the labor management relation and the work achievements" the between relations, by way of 1,000 family members strength resources manager asked the volume fills in answers, by 102 effective recyclings asked the volume carries on the analysis and the confirmation. This research first analyzes using the canonical correlation confirms relations human resources management, the labor management relation and the work achievements, next uses the duplicate regression analysis to discuss the variable the influence. In addition, finally analyzes using LISREL confirms the labor management relation the intermediary effect whether does exist, and carries on the overall pattern to match the moderate appraisal.
