With the development of the economics, people ask more for the living quality, even more for the quality itself. Under the diversified and fast-transited environment, consumer demands are not only on the function of the products, but more on the satisfaction of service. With the increasing competitive pressure, and the demands for quality and service of consumers, providing better service quality and satisfaction is an important lesson for company to think over in order to run an eternal business.
Material Laboratory is an important part in the quality control. It should be offered the testing and investigation by an objective, fair and independent technological area people. Improving the capability and service quality of material laboratory can not only gain more consumers’ satisfaction, but also increase the ability to compete in the business. This thesis tries to handle the demands of consumers through the questionnaire of PZB quality mode in order to provide operator of laboratory a suitable managing strategy.
