Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 機械與航太工程研究所 === 92 === This study analyzes the axial heat transfer in dielectric finite length subjected to temperature difference on two side wall. The equation of phonon radiative transfer in association with the nodal approximation method is applied to solve the energy transport in the microtube. The anharmonic terms of phonon transport are approximated by using the relaxation-time approximation. The microtube is considered as gray body to simplify the effect of temperature on the relaxation time. Phonon scattering/reflections on the boundary surfaces are also investigated. Results, which are presented in terms of parameters including length, curvature, reflectivity and thickness, show that the axial heat transfer is affected by length, reflectivity and thickness of the microtube while curvature has little effect on it.
