Zn-22Al eutectoid Alloy Micro-channel uses the Heat Embossing System HEX 01/sp in the search for the suitable process variable. Under different depth / length ratios, tension rate and tension load, the comparative results after experiment analysis found that under a tension load of 5000N、7000 N、10000 N and a tension rate of 0.06 mm/min, the model filling of the channel. After Zn-22Al eutectoid Alloy Micro-channel would be bonding.The results indicated that the fine-grained Zn-22Al eutectoid alloy possessed excellent formability. 葉明勳 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 69 zh-TW
