碩士 === 中華大學 === 土木工程學系碩士班 === 92 === Abstract In recent ten years, the industry and market of China, becomes the focus of the world. Since the economics of China grows about ten percent every year. With the growth of the economic development and the economic growth, real estate industry become hotter and hotter, and become a invest upsurge along the coast and other big city. With the popular of the real estate industry, the price and need of houses grows up sustained. Recent, Suzhou already become the area which develop fast of economic in China, the real estate industry grows up. In case of prevent the business seek absolute perfection, this article only focus on the real estate industry of Suzhou. In this article, we use the history records, surreys, and the opinion of the local scholars and business. To discuss the develop process, invest superiority, operate and sell and future, etc. The result shows that the most serious problem of Suzhou is the unbalance of the income and the price of the house and the supply of land. This problem is the main source which affects the growing of the price of Suzhou’s house, in the operation, it should pay attention to price, transportation and service, etc. Many conclusion of Suzhou in this article can supply domestic investor to consult.
