This research focuses on designing an on-off dish-like container to accurately separate layers of stem cell with thin density distribution from marrow with layered density gradient distribution by means of density gradient centrifugation, and therefore achieve the target of extraction.   However, the special advantage of this dish-like container is that it can adjust required specific gravity. In the future, the specific gravities of extracted cells with different densities can be adjusted in this device to successfully separate required cells.
