Various disciplines and technologies are coming together to assist, integrate and make sense of such vast amount of data and partial results. With such widely spread, discrete and numerous data/information make searching for relevant online bioinformatics data a problematic task. To solve this problem, a value-added processing about data collection and classification is imperative. In this paper, we formulate an architecture for cancer databases, where we use the bladder cancer as our primary goal to carry on the conformity analysis.
According to the user specifications expressed by the experts in the relevant disciplines, we will integrate a complete bladder cancer data that is inclusive of cancer correlation between genes, patient records, pathway, microarray data, data assess authority and so on. We make use of the Model-View-Controller concept for the framework of system analysis, exercising UML to keep track of the analysis result, implementing and elaborating data by the website. We hope that this web site can give assistance for cancer research workers.
