This study is to find determinants of user acceptance towards government-to-government e-Government services based on the test of decomposed theory of planned behavior. Through the assistance of governmental staffs who are users of the electronic document system in Taiwan, we used systematic sampling method to collect 186 usable data. The proposed model was strongly supported at all points of measurement and explained up to 66% of the variance in behavioral intention. The important determinants of user acceptance of the electronic document system are perceived usefulness, ease of use, compatibility, training, external influence, interpersonal influence, self-efficacy, and facilitating condition. Finally, important academic and practical implications of these findings are also discussed. Shin-Yuan Hung 洪新原 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 79 zh-TW |
