The research population included the CIOs of regional or larger hospitals in Taiwan. We had mailed 85 questionnaires and collected 51 questionnaires with 60% effectively received rate. By the statistical analysis, there were sufficient evidences to support 5 factors with discriminant power. They were the scale of a hospital, governmental policy, coordinated resources, the support of IT suppliers, and the internal requirements of hospitals. 黃興進 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 109 zh-TW
