| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 92 === In this study, we proposed 8 hypotheses of critical factors for hospitals to introduce electronic signature, and tested them by discriminant analysis. The research population included the CIOs of regional or larger hospitals in Taiwan. We had mailed 85 questionnaires and collected 51 questionnaires with 60% effectively received rate. By the statistical analysis, there were sufficient evidences to support 5 factors with discriminant power. They were the scale of a hospital, governmental policy, coordinated resources, the support of IT suppliers, and the internal requirements of hospitals.
