By analyzing nine interviewees who have or had mentoring relationship, the author found that mentoring relationship was one of knowledge sharing channels and knowledge would be renewed and deepened via mentoring relationship. Innovation could also be created between mentor and mentee through problem-solving cycles. Mentoring was mainly event-oriented compared to other KM practices. The author suggests to implement the mentoring relationship within the organization and combine mentoring and knowledge sharing channels. 簡建忠 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 80 zh-TW
