Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工研究所 === 92 === The purposes of this study were to explore the knowledge sharing process of mentoring relationship, form the individual perspective, and compare the differences between mentoring and other knowledge sharing channels.
By analyzing nine interviewees who have or had mentoring relationship, the author found that mentoring relationship was one of knowledge sharing channels and knowledge would be renewed and deepened via mentoring relationship. Innovation could also be created between mentor and mentee through problem-solving cycles. Mentoring was mainly event-oriented compared to other KM practices. The author suggests to implement the mentoring relationship within the organization and combine mentoring and knowledge sharing channels.
