The reason to explore these factors is to apply the learned knowledge, skill and attitude for the work environment effective. The samples were employees who participated the training courses. To achieve research purpose, survey method was used to collect data at a state- run company. The scale is “ factor influencing transfer of training questionnaire”, which contained with good validity and reliability. There were 263 questionnaires sent back and 255 of them were answered fully, the return rate was 63.75%. The data were further analyzed with descriptive statistics by SPSS and structural equation model (SEM) by LISREL to test the model. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1.Positive impact was found between training program and learning. 2.Positive impact was found between trainee characteristics and learning. 3.Positive impact was found between work environment and learning. 4.Negative impact was found between trainee characteristics and generalization. 5.Positive impact was found between work environment and generalization. 6.Positive impact was found between learning and generalization. According to the conclusions of the study, we make some suggestions as followings: 1.Trainee characteristics can effect transfer of training, if trainees can choose courses according to their needs and believe the courses can solve the questions. 2.Planning the perfect training program, we must evaluate the trainee’s needs at first. Then integrating the learning principles, providing multiple training stimulus and leading trainee to practice. 3.In order to improve transfer of training, company can design an accountability system, include raise, promotion, built SMART system etc. 4.In order to improve transfer of training, company should build a scale to evaluate transfer of training that about three to six month to do it.
