But while many companies start to tap into the market, the most important thing they need to think over carefully is their business model as until now, to find their way to success. But we don’t have a perfect method to describe the business model until today. In 2000 Ruttenbar & Spickler brought up a business matrix to illustrate the e-learning providers'' business model, however, as the e-learning industry is growing mature, the interpretation of the matrix for business model of e-learning industry becomes a question. The paper is based on the methodology of Ruttenbar & Spickler to create the business matrix for Taiwan''s e-learning industry. In addition, the paper studies two representative companies in Taiwan to verify how compatible this business matrix to Taiwan''s e-learning industry. It can be used by e-learning application providers, administrators and investors for study only. Yao-Chin Lin 林耀欽 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 95 zh-TW
