This research uses the system Dynamics to construct a simulation model of “The Coordination between Taiwan and China of Notebook Industry”. The study is building three sub-models for the “Build to Order” (BTO) and “Configuration to Order” (CTO) of business model to find out the best low cost and others situation. The study find out the notebook industry in Taiwan use to product large order and small kind of goods like BTO’s Model be producing in China. The large kind of goods and small order like CTO’s Model be producing in Taiwan.
