Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 化學工程學系 === 91 === The purpose of this study is to explore how the fabrication conditions world effect electrochemical properties of gas diffusion electrode (GDE). The tested fabrication conditions include catalyst loading in the GDE, ratio of PTFE and catalyst, Nafion inclusion content, and temperature and time period of drying、roasting and sintering in the GDE fabrication。The electrochemical performance of GDE was measured by CV to decide electrochemical active area and by half-cell I-V curve were extracted from the measured. There after the electrode performance parameters I-V curve using model fitting. The GDE performance was found to decrease with increasing catalyst loading. Ratio of PTFE (binder) and catalyst of 3/7 was the best fabrication condition.An I-V model equation used and Sriuivasan and coworkers was used to analyze the experiment results. However, the rationality of the obtained fited electrochemical parameters idicated that this model fitting is not applicatble.
