Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 機械工程系碩士班 === 91 === This research is done is based on the theory of EDC, by using nonconductor material Al2O3powder coating on SUS430 stainless steel surface. By combing Ti and Al2O3 powder, it becomes a Grinding Instrument .In order to reach the Grinding effect, Ti electrode’s plasma fuse is injected on Al2O3 powder coating on material surface. One method is mix Ti powder andAl2O3 powder to be come Green Electrode. During EDC. Green Electrode’s plasma will be fuse injected into basic material. To understand the effect of each EDC parameter, by placing the coating layer under SEM to perform qualitative and element analysis. Another method is to follow the Taguchi Method Experiment Plan(TMEP), focusing on the coating thickness and hardness analysis. This experiment prove that Negative Electrode Natued coating method on material surface will result in lower melting depth, but can provide more melting on electrode termination. This helps to inlay powder . EDS shows the holes and stomas are inlayed byAl2O3 powder. By using EDC method to improve surface quality and to improve thickness slightly.
