Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 營建工程系碩士班 === 91 === Nowadays the theory of supply chain steming from manufacturing is applied extensively. The theory based the whole process from factories to customers devotes to decrease stock and raise customers’ satisfaction. Owing to the theory considering the optimal benefit of whole chains, it also promotes competitiveness of the chains. The object of this study is to construct a optimal model of total cost with cases of pre.stressed piles. Try to advocate this concept to construction industry, it should be resolve the problem of selfish departmentalism and achieve the best benefit between suppliers and customers. The unsuitable site material management not only causes the waste of material but also deeply affects the efficiency. This problem can be improved by adequate supply chain models. By the theory of supply chain, this study collects the total cost of the supply system and search for the reasonable approach. The result shows that it would decrease 3% to 6% of total cost and the average is 4%. It would not only diminish stock but also conform with the needs. Moreover, as to the owner, purchasing agent can evaluate the reasonable price and save budget.
