That will cause the vibration of the frame to affect the accuracy and fatigue life of the machine. The purpose of the research is to study the dynamic balance of the Watt six-bar mechanism, and use the CAE simulation software ADAMS to simulate and analyze the dynamic balance of the Watt six-bar mechanism. To balance the shaking force and shaking moment in a mechanism is very important design objective. Using the method of counterweight and the optimization process can effectively decrease the root-mean-square value and maximum value of the shaking force of the mechanism. Finally, the research considers the Watt six-bar mechanism with clearance .The peak values of shaking force and shaking moment due to the clearances are eliminated by imposing spring on the mechanism.
