Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 機械工程系碩士班 === 91 === To improve the handling and driving comfort of cars, only a few researches were done on active and semi-active suspension systems recently. However, the application of active or semi-active suspension systems to motorcycle is quite few. Hence, the topic of this research is on motorcycle The reasons are because of the simple structure and better performance than active suspension system. In this paper, a proportional throttling valve was developed and applied to build a semi-active suspension system on a 125cc scooter. Moreover, a hydraulic motorcycle suspension test bench was designed to verify the effect of semi-active suspension system. Due to the suspension of motorcycles is a nonliner, time-varing system. A fuzzy logic controller is proposed to control the semi-active suspension system. In addition, this report also shows the design of a manually operated three-step adjustable suspension system. The system can be adjusted according to different road conditions. The main advantages are its competitive price, simple design and better performance.
