How does the power supply produce signals frequently to keep us informed of condition in front of the train .The safe signals happen on each track, every train, and everywhere. We all know that railway engineering is the most economical way in public transportation. And, to be fast and comfortable is the trend in the future. So, high speed railway system is going to be a necessary transport in developed countries. However, smooth process in the track circuit affects the safety and traffic capacity of the transport directly. That is why we want to discuss the combination of track circuit, electronics, and signal chain reaction in this research to establish a safe, mass capacity high speed railway system. In chapters 1, the skeleton and equipment of safe signals including the basic concept of signal system, interlock system, block system, switch, and centralized traffic control system are introduced. In chapter 2, the basic structure of track circuit, the structure of power circuit in power supply, various uninterrupted power supply systems, and a spare power system are mentioned. In chapter 3, we refer to the control of power supply ,such as the theory and control of improving power factors , the theory of rectifiers, the theory and control of inverters and ways of inversion. In chapter 4 , we talk about the centralized traffic control system and block system. In chapter 5, the simulations of improving power factor, inverter, uninterrupted power system, train traffic block signals and complete journey are indicated. In chapter 6, we come to a conclusion and offer some suggestion and prospect.
