The customer possesses greater ability of negotiating price than the supplier in the market information fully circulation. The traditional mass manufacture has already satisfied the demand of the customer. As this reason, enterprises must find the organization model which is more flexible to master the market and the customer needs. The concept of the「virtual enterprise」is formed in this background. The study adopts two phases studying design. The exploration study of first phase is based on the theory background of the literature study and cooperated with the result of the statistic analyze by the industry actuality assay. The discovery of the study is the virtual enterprise can discriminate into four factors: organization, management, information technology and innovation. The study form the research model by this four factors and confirm the theory model in the second confirmative study. The study discover the innovation factor will totally effect the virtual enterprise performance, the other factors which is organization, management and information technology will partially effect the virtual enterprise performance. Furthermore, IT have the medium effecting the factors of organization, management and innovation and the virtual enterprise performance between. The research results have partial supporting in the former three hypothesis. Besides, the management factor will partially effect the virtual enterprise performance and totally effect the virtual enterprise performance by the innovation factor. This study result can provide the reference of the evolution of virtual enterprise. Excepting low down the revolution risk, enterprises may avoid the resource wasting by putting resource into specific factors of specific virtual enterprise performances.
