Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 91 === Traditionally, the hemodialysis quality always contains the subjective opinions of the physicians. However, the range of good/bad quality of one physician’s perspective usually differs from the others, so we use the fuzzy theory to solve this vague situation. This paper uses the fuzzy OWA (ordered weighting average) technique to execute fuzzy database query about linguistic or precise values, which can improve the crisp values’ constrain of traditional database. Besides, we deal with the dynamical weighting problem more rationally and flexibly according to the situational parameter α’s value from the user’s viewpoint. For validating our method, we develop the practical hemodialysis database for a certain regional hospital. In this database, we use four hemodialysis indexes to retrieve, which are Kt/v, Urea Reduction Ratio (URR), Albumin, and Hematocrit (Hct). The main contributions of this paper are: 1. Build the fuzzy membership function of hemodialysis indexes. 2. Propose fuzzy OWA query model to support the decision makers do more proper decisions. 3. Make the weights of index more rational based on OWA model. 4. Provide comparison of three Similarity operators. 5. Use the actual hemodialysis database as validating example and develop a fuzzy query database system.
