While the technological developments related to networking are significant and draw much attention, the high-school teachers should develop their network literacy to face the new era of networked environment of teenagers. Network literacy — the ability to identify, access, and use electronic information from the network — will be a critical skill for tomorrow’s citizens if they wish to be productive and effective in their personal and professional lives. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between learning styles and network literacy of the teachers of vocational high schools in ChangHwa County. 198 samples were valid, and the main findings of this study were as follows: 1. There were significant differences among the learning styles of Reflector, Theorist, and Pragmatist on gender. 2. The percent score of network literacy is 74.85. There were significant differences in responders’ network literacy on the major, experience, and hours per week surfing on Internet. 3. There was no significant difference between responders’ network literacy and learning styles. 4.
